Responsible for the smooth running of the organisation and keeping online examinations in running order. You are the glue that holds an organisation together. Roles and Responsibilities 1. Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices 2. Help the organization s processes remain compliant 3. Creating and monitoring projects and teams. 4. Find ways to increase quality of customer service 5. Reviewing workloads and manpower to ensure targets are met. 6. Documenting procedures for third-party monitoring. 7. Ensuring that health and safety regulations are followed. 8. Communicating changes in an order process to relevant parties. 9. Supporting the Directors or executive team s vision and process ideals. 10. Ensuring staff working on processes are happy and operating efficiently. 11. Supporting all functions of the business to work together. 12. Ensure smooth operations of all the centres 13. Be the point of contact for external contracts 14. Proven work experience as Centre Manager or similar role within a training provider / college 15. Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management 16.
