Empowering Learning are currently recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant to work within a Secondary School based in Wandworth supporting pupils 1-2-1. We are looking for a dynamic and adaptable Learning Support Assistant, that will be able to support pupils daily in the classroom. Some of the pupils you will be supporting will have various SEND needs, experience of supporting different needs would be desirable but not essential. You will play a key role in supporting the pupils with communication, learning, and independence, in a safe and inclusive environment to help their development.

• Supporting pupils with SEN needs
• Supervising pupil’s behaviour
• Encourage and support the pupils learning and development
• Support social interaction
• Helping the teacher prepare for lessons and plan activities
