Administrator-ECMS Project (p/time12hrs)

The Elite Centre for Manufacturing Skills (ECMS) is an employer-led training facility designed to improve productivity and growth in the high value manufacturing sector. The ECMS has been funded by a grant provided by the Black Country LEP/Midlands Engine, awarded to the University of Wolverhampton as Project Sponsor, working in collaboration with key organisations in the region. Recently the Project has been given a broader brief extending its scope beyond the original target group.

ECMS is currently seeking to employ a part-time Administrator to work in a job-share role at its National Foundry Training Centre Hub based at Tipton. 

The role is a varied and will provide day to day support to the Hub by liaising with a range of colleagues including tenant organisations, students studying at the Centre, colleagues at the University and a range of external organisations. The role will ensure that Hub runs effectively and efficiently and that systems and processes are maintained to a high standard.

You will have GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above or equivalent and experience of working in an administrative role in an office environment.

The post is offered on a part-time, job-share basis for 12 hours each week, Monday through to Thursday.
