Empowering Learning are currently recruiting for a Health and Social Care Lecturer on behalf of an Oldham college. This is a 40 hours a week Health and Social Care Lecturer position. Only candidates meeting this criteria will be considered for this Health and Social Care Lecturer Position. The Role: We are seeking to appoint an experienced Health and Social Care Lecturer who is able to contribute to the successful delivery of our FdE, FdA and BSc (Hons) top-up degree in Health and Social Care, with a particular focus on the delivery of the social care and possibly the mental health pathway. As a Health and Social Care Lecturer, the successful candidate will undertake a range of teaching, module leadership and student support duties across our growing health, social care and mental health provision at Levels 4, 5 and 6. A key part of the role will include contributing to the development and successful launch of new programmes in health related fields. Experience and knowledge of Health and Social Care practice is essential for this role, and the ability to teach a range of health related disciplines is also important. The successful candidate will have two years of industry experience, a proven record in inspirational teaching at HE level and have a demonstrable commitment to teaching and learning excellence.
