Role: Temporary Purchasing Administrator

Hourly Rate: £12.00 – £13.00 per hour + Holiday Accrual + Benefits

Location: Leeds, LS3 (Free Parking Onsite)

Start: ASAP

Duration: 1 – 3 Months

Hours: Monday – Thursday, 8.30am – 4.30pm Fridays 8.30am – 4pm

We are proud to be supporting this fantastic client again in the recruitment of a hardworking Purchasing Administrator to start ASAP.

You will be supporting the purchasing and buying department with various administrative tasks to include:

  • Following up with suppliers
  • Maintaining accurate and up to date records of suppliers
  • Analysing data
  • Obtaining quotes from suppliers
  • Placing orders and updating the system using their system (Buyers Workbench)
  • To be successful you will need:

  • Prior experience within purchasing/buying advantageous
  • High attention to detail
  • Confident with all Microsoft packages including Excel
  • Confident Telephone Manner
