ServiceNow/Asset Management Specialist

Our client are looking for a seasoned Senior ServiceNow Professional to assist the in-house team to plan and implement ITOM Discovery and ITAM HAM and SAM Pro.

This implementation of Hardware and Software Asset Management in ServiceNow will replace Snow, Flexera and an in-house developed system across EMEA, US and Asia.

You will work closely with the Asset and Configuration Managers, as well as the in-house ServiceNow team, to plan and deliver a robust and unified Asset Management Solution.

Experience required:

  • An in-depth knowledge of asset management and experience of successfully implementing ITAM HAM/SAM from scratch is essential.
  • Excellent ServiceNow technical skills with a minimum of 5 years development/implementation experience is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Current ServiceNow certifications in the relevant modules preferred.
