Adecco Crewe are recruiting for a Processing Officer on behalf of our well established client based in Northwich. The Processing Officer will report to the Processing Team Leader, and will be part of a highly effective team taking an active part in the progression of the company as it enters the next stage of growth.

Day to day responsibilities will include checking new account opening documentation received from Front Office teams, taking inbound and making outbound calls answering various queries, performing all aspects of ongoing account maintenance, and other general administration duties.

The successful candidate have strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer service background, a keen eye for detail and accurate and timely data inputting and administration, good problem solving skills, and the ability to work as part of a team as well as using own initiative.
