The role involves working as part of a team, being a point of contact for customers who have a motor finance agreement with the company. Some of the best in this team have joined with a strong customer service background gained from retail, the travel sector and hospitality, so no previous office experience is required.
This role is incredibly flexible, with the option to work from home. It would suit someone looking for part time work, a minimum of 15 hours and 5 hours per day.

This role is extremely rewarding as you are able to assist a customers with a simple query or be required to handle a more complex situation to help find a suitable solution to support their financial difficulties, whilst protecting their information through our GDPR and data protection guidelines.
