Looking for a Customer service assistant ASAP for a client based in Swanley

Responsibilities:

  • liaising with tenants and engineers
  • call handling
  • general admin duties
  • closing down jobs and defects
  • Customer care over the phone and email
  • Requirements:

  • Housing experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Team player
  • Temp role for over a month – with possibility of longer
