    Job Description

  • Responsible for supporting Execs through the colleague lifecycle with key focus on the onboarding & offboarding experience.
  • Have a good understanding of Exec reward packages and contracts, including knowing the reward package negotiated and sending out the contract. Support Execs with getting any reward related queries solved.
  • Be the point of contact providing verbal and online support to the Exec hire from the point a verbal offer has been made all the way through to their induction. Being proactive in contacting them to see if there is anything you can support with.
  • Responsible for ensuring the Executive support role has processed all pre-boarding activities. Actively communicate with the Exec where they are through the process. (From validating start date and Pre Employment Checks through to IT Equipment ordering and set up)
  • Collaborate with PAs to plan and manage pre-day 1 meet and greets as required. Provide guidance on the induction process and ensure the schedule has been sent to the Exec from the Talent team. The role will arrange induction activities themselves in cases where there are sensitivities around the Exec and send over any Pre-joining information needed.
  • Engage with the Exec Hire at the end of Day 1 to ensure they have everything they need and sign off checks.
  • Be the point of contact to support with in life Exec changes and Exec offboarding to internal teams/stakeholders as well as the Execs themselves. Including in life contract changes and updating the HR Systems with any changes.
  • Accountable for developing, leading and motivating a small team of HR Exec support colleagues
  • Performance Management of the team, objective setting and coaching for success
  • Allocation of and prioritsation of team workload

    Needed : Experience in working with colleagues at a senior level within an organisation, interpreting how they like to work and adapting your style to fit their needs.

    Needed : Experience in working in an ambiguous environment and cope with change in scope or circumstances and able to quickly react to unexpected challenges.

    Needed : Experience & knowledge in onboarding & offboarding processes including completing extensive pre-employment checks

    Needed : Experience in people leading

    Preferred : Operations or Service Centre experience.

    Preferred : Experience & knowledge in onboarding & offboarding Executives.
