Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Support Advisor to join our established team based at our head office in Cannock. In this role you will be responsible for providing customer support on technology products and services, as well as performing agreement and registration support and upselling to existing services or new services.
To ensure customer needs are met, this role will cover a Monday – Saturday working rota, therefore, any suitable applicants must ensure this suits.
Customer Support Advisor Skills
Previous experience in Customer Support role
Excellent planning and organisational skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Dedication to customer service
Independent problem-solving and analytical skills
Good computer literacy
Knowledge of the technologies associated with mobile and fixed plant equipment
About the Customer Support Advisor
Supporting key customers with issues they face on the HS2 project & providing solutions and updates in line with SLA parameters
Setting up of connectivity type agreements in various applications and systems.
Registration of customer assets into various applications and services
Support customers enquires including pricing for product link kits and installs, through to system familiarisation, agreement expiry, subscription, and renewal.
Directly manages renewals and upgrades to higher subscription levels.
