JOB TITLE: Administrator – Medical Sector

LOCATION: East Grinstead, free parking

HOURS: Monday – Friday, 35 hours per week

SALARY: £24,000 – £25,500 p/a

We’re teaming up with the Hiring Manager to recruit an Administrator to join the growing team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling/booking appointments and surgeries
  • Overseeing utilisation of the theatre
  • Ordering equipment
  • Administration for the theatre
  • Other general ad-hoc administrative duties
  • About you:

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Administrative experience in a similar administrative role
  • Hospital experience would be beneficial, not essential, as full training will be provided
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite
