Contract: 0.8 FTE

We are looking for a lecturer to join our team with a particular interest in working with and experience of supporting and engaging level 1 students. This will include the ability to write and deliver sessions for this cohort and manage the challenges that they can present as well as creating opportunities for these students to progress onto higher levels of study. You will also have experience of teaching media production across various levels of study as well.

You will be a responsible and confident teacher who has the skills to inspire both pupils and colleagues. You will have an imaginative approach to teaching that generates wonderfully creative lessons to fully engage and inspire your students.

Applicants must be passionate about teaching in the FE sector and be committed to ensuring that our learners make the best possible progress. As such, applicants must also have the ability to work under pressure and adapt to change.

The media team is made up of highly skilled industry trained staff and academically qualified tutors. You will join a group of passionate and dedicated staff who offer innovative and supporting teaching to our cohort, which ranges from level 1 through to level 6.
