Talent Acquisition Manager (12 Month FTC)
London, United Kingdom

Ref: 27940
I am working on an exciting opportunity with our client, a global Investment Manager seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join the firm on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This opportunity to join a company that celebrates its diversity as well as its employees, seeking talent from all walks of life and with a diverse range of skills to complement this.

The organisation is seeking an individual with a strong background in Talent Acquisition to lend their expertise and develop the organisation’s Talent Acquisition strategies, improving upon the firm’s programmes for attracting talent from across Investment Management. Your experience in the field will position you well to drive further engagement with candidates interested in the company, working with the organisation’s Comps and Benefits teams to ensure a competitively benchmarked remuneration policy that keeps new talent coming forth.

Your responsibilities in this role will include, but are not limited to:

  • Liaising with stakeholders across the firm’s global offices to deliver talent from all regions; owning short, medium and long term strategies in order to accomplish this
  • Reviewing talent pipelines and balancing cost in order to drive innovative hiring processes for the firm
  • Managing appropriate offshore processes for administration, candidate procurement and effective prioritisation of these processes
  • Utilising your knowledge of the market to source the best pipeline management methods to pull talent that reflects the company’s culture and further goals
  • The right candidate for this position will have an excellent track record in Talent Acquisition, and ideally that background will come from recruiting within an Investment Manager. They will have experience of interviewing and have the qualifications needed to administer aptitude tests, as well as an understanding of the broader Financial Services as a whole. They will also be well-versed with HR processes as they relate to employment law in the regions in which the firm operates. Finally, a knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) will be required.

In short, an excellent opportunity to work for a firm of a high calibre, sourcing equally high calibre talent to join them. If this sounds like you, then please get in touch and apply at your earliest convenience.
