The Customer Service Administrator will be the primary internal point of contact for a defined customer base, working in an office environment with our friendly team and supporting both the internal and external teams to achieve business objectives and service goals.

You will be able to process customer orders, manage adjustments to parcels and deliveries and speak with customers to help with any queries when needed.
