Temporary Studio Assistant

Our client is a well-known, successful Sport retailer who are looking for a Studio Assistant to join their small team in Hackney for 1 year starting immediately.

This exciting role could be an ideal step for a graduate with a great work ethic and attitude who has experience within an administration position and a strong interest in the Sports industry.

* Monday – Friday
* Office based in London Bridge
* £12ph – £13ph

Duties of the role:

  • Front of house cover and dealing with some incoming calls

  • Assisting Marketing department, social media posts, updating marketing documents

  • Assisting HR department, organising recruitment packs for events, screening candidates, setting up interviews

  • Setting up virtual meetings

  • Some diary management

  • Booking meeting rooms and travel

  • Ordering office supplies

  • Any other activities as deemed appropriate by the line manager
