Job Title: Operations Manager Salary:£-, Location: Sevenoaks (need a car) Main Responsibilities – Raising jobs on the internal CRM system – Job Scheduling of Technicians and Subcontractors – Managing equipment hire and stock levels – Liaising with customers and internal stakeholders Skills And Experience Required – Minimum 5 years’ experience within an Operations Management role – Educated to A-level or equivalent – Experience of using CRM systems and ideally with BigChange – Experience of working in a reactive or emergency environment – Ability to lead and manage a team Huntress Search Ltd acts as a Recruitment Agency in relation to all Permanent roles and as a Recruitment Business in relation to all Temporary roles.
