I am currently representing a leading facilities management organisation that specialise in lots of different industries and sectors and they are now looking to recruit for a Patient frontline services manager to oversee and spearhead Patient services specifically catering and house keeping at St Pancreas Hospital in London.

  • Responsibilities

  • Responsible the day to day operations and supervision of all health care cleaning and health care catering assistant staff. Focusing on their performance in terms of standards and delivery for the provision of an effective and efficient domestic and patient catering service which meets customer requirements and service level agreements. Ensuring that a first-class service is delivered to all areas of responsibility in line with the organisations quality and standards. Reviewing work schedules Ensuring an accurate flow of communication in the day to day service delivery of the contract. Responding positively, politely and promptly to all customer requirements and carry out your duties in a professional and courteous manner. Making yourself familiar with and follow policies and procedures. Participating in the Health and Safety policy of the company and report any dangers, near misses or hazards.
