This exciting opportunity means you will be part of a team that is going through a period of development and growth. We want YOU to manage a number of services with our clients supported living service, covering their Learning Disability and Autism specialist service.

Our client is striving for excellence; and they focus their work on improving the lives of the people they support. As a key member of the operations team, you would support the Registered Manager to ensure high standards of services are delivered.

The Day to Day

You will lead on developing autism strategies and practice within your services and support the development and implementation of positive behaviour support plans / approaches with the people they support and their teams.

We are looking for experienced, forward thinking, and enthusiastic individuals with the passion and confidence to lead and develop teams supporting continuous service improvement.

The Ideal candidate:

Experience of managing Learning Disability and autism services.

Experience of employee management and supervision.

Experience in budget management

Good knowledge of CQC regulations and how these regulations translate into good quality service provision.

Must be able to drive and have a car that can be used for work
