Assistant Site Manager / Finishing Manager – North London – New Build Residential

An Assistant Site Manager / Fiishing Manager is required to oversee a new build block that forms part of an ongoing residential development in East London. The project is valued at approximately £80m and has been on site for 12 months. RC frame and envelop …

e packages are currently ongoing, fit out is in the early stages with the overall project due to complete late next year. The successful candidate will have experience of managing new build construction projects from start to finish. Ideally the Assistant Site Manager will have also some previous experience of working on residential fit out projects and will have come from a construction background.

Role/duties:
Reporting to a site based Project Managers/Site Managers they will be required to ensure smooth construction process including managing of all site labour and sub-contractors, management of construction programme, minimising/eliminating potential programme delays. The Assistant Site Manager will also liaise with the client, subcontractors, associated consultants and be able to chair regular progress meetings.

Qualifications:
Relevant qualification and tickets – CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid.
