Salary: £40,000 – £45,000

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift pattern: Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00

The Outbase Site Manager will plan, co-ordinate, and supervise the Aberdeen Outbase to ensure company and customers procedures, service levels, quality, health safety and statutory requirements are met. To operate within budgetary targets and report upon the work activities of the team; providing effective communication, leadership, motivation, training and development. The key responsibilities in this role include;

  • Implement and manage resource planning across the Aberdeen Outbase
  • Lead and develop the Site Team
  • Strategically deploy resource to ensure maximum service levels adherence with minimal cost impact
  • Ensure effective communication processes are established and maintained for both internal/external customers
  • Compliance with company and local statutory obligations regarding working time legislation, operator licensing, Health & Safety and Path to Quality
  • Manage team in fair & consistent manner & in line with DHL Diversity & Respect at Work Policy

  • Transport background
  • 5+ years Management experience
  • Budget management and cost controls
  • CPC National/International desirable but not essential
  • Ability to balance conflicting priorities
