What will I be doing?
You will be responsible for the technical decision making, strategy and execution of your defined product team. Working alongside the head of engineering and fellow tech leads to drive and define the overall technical strategy of the company.
You will mentor junior members of your team (not directly managing), be pragmatic when problems solving and represent your team to the wider tech and commercial business.
Requirements:
– Strong experience with React
– Previously led teams
– Strong communication skills
Nice to have:
– Financial services or Fintech experience
– Experience with other languages (Typescript, Python, PHP)
– Experience with cloud (GCP or AWS) and Docker/Kubernetes
Salary: circa £90-k loads of benefits stock options
