Robert Half are representing an innovative and fast-growing global consulting business, Protiviti, to hire multiple new Business Development / Sales Consultants to their expanding team. We are looking for a range of consultants, from entry level to Senior Manager to develop relationships with existing clients, and prospect with new clients.

Business Development / Sales Consultant Responsibilities –

  • Engage with new and existing clients of Protiviti, with the aim to generate new revenue opportunities
  • Conduct meetings with senior stakeholders and c-suite professionals to discuss Protiviti’s solutions and the possibility of partnering
  • Identify and convert revenue generating opportunities by staying close to the market and spotting trends
  • Deliver resource augmentation and solutions to client base
  • Build a deep understanding of Protiviti’s high demand offerings and consulting capabilities
  • Network internally and externally to build market intelligence

Business Development / Sales Consultant Person Specification –

  • A background in a sales or business development position is essential
  • Experience in the management consultancy, recruitment or SAS sales industry would be preferred
  • Must have strong organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and accounts
  • Ability to identify and use knowledge of current industry trends to convert into engagement opportunities
