Onsite Sales Consultant, Shared Ownership New Homes in North West London

Would you be interested in a fantastic opportunity to join a growing, G15 housing association in London? Our client has a rare and exciting opportunity for a confident sales consultant to join them on one of their popular North West London sites.

Our client is looking for a driven sales consultant to join their ambitious team, someone who is highly motivated and able to adapt appropriately as you will have a mixture of clientele. Able to communicate with various types of individuals is crucial. Ideally you will also have some shared ownership experience however this isn’t essential.

Onsite Sales Consultant, Shared Ownership Main responsibilities:

  • Consistently achieve sales in accordance with targets
  • Be the point of contact for all clients
  • Liaise with appropriate individuals when needed
  • Demonstrate product knowledge during sales process
  • Handle customer queries both by email and telephone.
  • Able to complete the administrative duties that come with the sales process
  • Communicate and build relationships with Clientele.
  • Manage and check all documents required to ensure consumer code compliance.
  • Deal with sales progression, chasing legal procedures.

Hours and salary:

  • Paying up to £14ph, plus commission
  • Immediate Start is essential
