This well-established UK wide building consultancy work predominantly in the education and commercial sectors providing a variety of building services. With multiple offices across the UK they are in a period of growth and expansion with the aim to become a fully comprehensive consultancy covering all building services. Now they are looking to develop a M&E team in the Birmingham office and are looking for a Junior Mechanical Engineer to join the team.
In this role you will be based from the Birmingham office 3 days per week and out on sites the remaining 2 days of the week. You will be responsible for completing mechanical designs for a variety of projects including refurbishments and extensions on a range or properties. You will work alongside CAD Technicians to ensure all technical information is correct for tenders and assess contractor design proposals. Alongside this you will complete condition surveys , performance specifications and site inspections. You will need to be competent in AutoCAD for this role.
