Solution Architect – SC Cleared

Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a Solution Architect – SC Cleared located between Milton Keynes and London for a initial 12 Month Contract.

*THIS ROLE REQUIRES YOU TO USE AN UMBRELLA COMPANY*

*This role ideally needs active SC Clearance but can consider lapsed Clearance*

Role Spec
– To work on the end client consular services programme to improve IT applications across the consular services network ie the systems that end client use to provide assistance to British Citizens abroad.
– Experience of systems architecture design, interface requirements and design, data design ideally in a Case Management/Contact Centre environment.
– Ideally some experience of CRM and Contact Centre – Salesforce experience would be very advantageous as would BI/Reporting systems.
– Working in a mixed team with end client staff and other suppliers.
