The role
The role is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the delivery of Digital Education in the School of Economics. Working with the Digital Education Officer, Academics and students it will provide support in the delivery of key services and in helping to ensure the success of the School-based Digital Education activities and to celebrate innovative educational practice.
What will you be doing?
The post holder will act as the first line of support for staff in the use of core TEL applications and practices, as well as working with the Digital Education Officer to develop new resources and training, and to work independently to identify and suggests changes in procedures and systems.

This role will allow the post holder to make a very real impact on the Digital Education experience delivered by the School of Economics. It will suit applicants who have experience in Learning Management Systems, such as Blackboard, a good background of working with a range of IT packages and an ability to work independently in finding solutions and improving existing systems.
