Job Description
Based near Petersfield, this lovely countryside setting are looking for an experienced Nursery Manager to oversee the day to day running of their great setting. Based on 41 hrs a week, your role will be supporting the team within the setting and within the great outdoor area. Must love the countryside, be a driver, passionate about outstanding childcare and wanting a manager role with a difference! Salary c£33k with lots of great benefits
Requirements
Ideally you will have
Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years / Childcare
Have at least 3 years’ previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
Have at least 2 years’ experience of leading and supporting teams
Can inspire, energise and support others
Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn
Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
