Purpose of the Role

Reporting to the digital communications executive, our digitalcommunications coordinator will be part of the Web and email team, andwider Digital communications team, updating the RSM UK website, working onprojects and campaigns, collaborating on ideas and initiatives and being adigital advocate across the firm.

With a focus on supporting our website, you will be responsiblefor managing our day-to-day website updates, uploading content, and supportingthe CRM, events and marketing teams to generate leads and increase onlineawareness of RSM UK.

We are currently developing an updated website and this new roleforms part of the overall strategic plan to increase engagement through ourwebsite. Beyond that, the role will allow you to get involved in our other keydigital channels including email and social.

Responsibilities

  • Make daily updates to the RSM UK website using Sitecore CMS
  • Work closely with our social media and channels team to make full use of our content and enhance user experience across RSMUK.com
  • Assist with reporting on marketing and BD initiatives, collating, interpreting and communicating website metrics to evaluate performance
  • Work with our SEO agency to increase visibility of website content through keyword research and optimisation
  • Collaborate with our inhouse design team to determine what type of content needs to be created for our website
  • Ensure website content is brand and house style compliant
  • Work closely with the rest of the Brand and Communications and Marketing teams to deliver projects on time, specifically the email, social media, podcast, PR, events and CRM teams
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Pro-active in learning new systems and self-motivated to develop a range of digital communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A team player, who is comfortable under pressure and able to build relationships with a variety of departments and teams
  • A willingness to work on a range of varied tasks where no two days could be the same
  • Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Confidence to speak to stakeholders at all levels
  • Can communicate technical information to non-technical people at all levels in simple, jargon-free language
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and planning skills.
  • An active team member who is comfortable under pressure and able to adapt to change and unpredictability
  • Strong Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Ideally some experience in using web content management systems to upload web content
