Full Time 35 hours Female Support Worker Required

Role Overview:-
As a Support Worker at Solihull & Birmingham Supported Living you will support adults with learning and physical disabilities within their own homes, providing full aspects of care and promoting independence to support them to lead as fulfilling lives as possible, incorporating both therapy based activities and social based activities.

Requirements:-
The individuals we support at this service enjoy a lot of community access, so confidence in lone working is essential. We are therefore preferring Support Workers with previous experience who can hit the ground running. However we will still provide a full training programme that is specific to the needs of the individuals we support. Sleep in shifts are a requirement.
