  • What you’ll do

    In this high-profile role, your primary area of focus will be to work with our Group Chief of Staff to support the Group Chief Executive in driving the delivery of NatWest Group’s strategy, and the key priorities needed to run a successful organisation.

    Your own top priorities will include:

  • Leading and developing our CEO & Chairman’s Private Office team
  • Managing day-to-day matters for our CEO and Chairman
  • Providing expert strategic and operational support
  • Collaborating with our Communications teams to ensure strong and successful coordination in managing our CEO’s reputation
  • Teaming up with colleagues across our organisation in support of the CEO and Chairman’s objectives
  • Working with external partners nationally and internationally to deliver strategic projects

    To make an impact in this role, your knowledge, experience and leadership qualities will be key. That’s why we’re looking for an exceptional business management leader who can demonstrate a successful track record of supporting a senior executive to deliver operational and strategic support.

    In terms of your leadership style, you’ll be approachable, encouraging, and inclusive of people’s ideas and perspectives, demonstrating transparency and integrity in the decisions you make to build trust and advocacy among your stakeholders. You’ll know the importance of clear and authentic communication, and be able to influence in a purposeful way.

  • Your experience of managing a business management function in a large, complex organisation
