Job Description:

  • Play key part in leading the design, implementation and deployment of cloud procurement solutions (across Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Lifecycle Management and other Upstream procurement activities) including SAP Ariba and other Source to Contract procurement technology)
  • Provide specialist and coordination support with defining new ways of working, designing functional requirements, enabling systems, tools and templates and advanced analytics
  •  Engage with relevant stakeholders/ internal customers using effective change strategies to promote the use and adoption of digital procurement solutions. 
  • Compile reports and dashboards to ensure delivery of digital solutions. 
  • Coordinate the access and use of best practice research and benchmarking for procurement digitalisation improvement. 
  • Conduct broad scanning activities to keep up to date with innovative approaches and opportunities 
  • Collaborate closely with global and regional teams to identify and address issues, glean insights from users and drive focus on simplification and continuous improvement in the digital space.
  • Support the Supply Chain sustainability strategy and priorities to the wider business through digitalisation efforts
  • Develop and mentor team to ensure that agreed service levels are maintained, and service excellence is met 
  • Embrace a Supply Chain team culture of diversity and inclusiveness
  •  Support cross functional team interactions with internal stakeholders to execute relevant activities
  • Build team capabilities that will enable resilient and agile competencies with the aim to future proof relevant efficiency
