Assistant Site Manager

Package: £45,000 Basic + 15% Bonus + Package 

 

We are working on a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager to join a leading house builder on a residential development. Our client is a 5* house builder and is recognized in the South West for delivering a high quality homes, and one of the most stable teams in the area.

This is an opportunity to join a high-quality house builder on a project of traditionally built houses on a long term project.  They are looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join their Bristol team and be part of their continued growth. They offer outstanding training and development and step-up opportunities for Assistant Site Managers that want to progress to Site Manager. 

As an Assistant Site Manager, you will be assisting the Senior Site Manager in overseeing all areas of the build, seeing through the life cycle, increasing your knowledge and experience from infrastructure, groundwork, build, completion and hand over. You will also communicate with the site team, take part in meetings, manage materials, and be involved in NHBC inspections.

The ideal candidate will be an Assistant Site Manager from a house building background.
