Due to expansion, I am recruiting for Customer Service Administrators to join one of the UK’s leading manufacturers within their office based in Leeds!

As a Customer Service Administrator you will be responsible to receive Inbound Calls and Emails from existing customers, processing new orders and refunds and responding to general stock queries.

You will receive a basic salary of up to £24,000 Per Annum, Monday-Friday hours of 8:30-5:00 ( 1 hour lunch), 28 days annual leave, on site canteen and free parking!

Responsibilities –
* Handling Inbound calls & emails from existing customers
* Responding to stock enquiries from customers
* Processing new orders & refunds on internal systems
* Offering resolutions on complaints & queries raises
* Updating internal systems with accurate information
* And providing excellent customer service

What are we looking for –
* Previous experience within a Customer Service role or similar
* Good communication skills both verbally and written
* Be able to remain motivated and resilient at all times
* Excellent attention to detail and be able to work SLA’s
* And be able to use various IT systems including MS Office
