Sales Administrator

  • We have an opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join a well-known organisation in Isle of Sheppey. We are supporting the growth of the company with new projects being taken on board. You’ll be based in the office with a close knit team completing various duties within the role. We are looking for candidates that are used to working to deadlines and enjoy multi-tasking. This is a great opportunity to get exposure in a growing organisation. This role is based in an office environment with huge opportunity for progression; with full training being provided and for future growth in the organisation.

    Duties:

  • Provision of secretarial and administration assistance for general and project work
  • Direct contact with customers, answering queries; you will receive order from customers via fax, email or by post
  • Analyse orders and input into in-house system
  • Attention to detail & accuracy
  • Inputting data onto systems
  • Provide support to different departments
  • Have strong and proven Microsoft Office skills
