Due to growth, the organisation is looking for an Executive Assistant to predominantly support the Head of Clinical Operations.

Please note that whilst this role is ideally offered on a full time basis, there may be some flexibility to work reduced hours.

Based mainly on site, with an opportunity to work a day from home, the Executive Assistant will be responsible for multiple diary management, email management, maintaining complex administration processes and systems, and preparing presentations.

As Executive Assistant it is important you build professional and ethical working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Minuting meetings and circulating agendas and follow ups will also be part of this busy and varied role.

 

We are looking for and experienced PA or EA who is fully conversant in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

The successful candidate will be able to work under constant pressure and need to meet multiple deadlines.

It is essential that the candidate exercises discretion, a respect for diversity and has an open minded approach to all individuals.

My client is offering an annual salary of up to £28,500 per annum.
