Joining us as Skills Project Officer, you will support the Skills Lead in managing our Skills provision.

  • Community Learning, supporting our residents to access first steps into community learning through our funding from the Adult Education Budget
  • ESOL programme, for learners requiring English language support
  • Digital Inclusion programme, supporting our digital hubs, increasing awareness, and engaging residents to gain their essential digital skills needed for work and everyday life, including how to stay safe online.
  • Numeracy programme, launching this year across the UK, Multiply will offer easy access to free numeracy courses where learners can build their confidence in using numeracy at work or in everyday life.
  • You will have excellent relationship management skills and will be responsible for the day-to-day management of staff and contracted partners.

    As the lead for this project in Kirklees, you will be part of an ambitious and highly collaborative team.
