Job Title: Machine Operator (Permanent Position) Salary:£, – £, dependant on experience Monday to Thursday 7. am – 4. pm & Friday 7. am – 3. pm (subject to change) Location: Welham Green AL9, Hertfordshire My Client is an established organisation who are currently looking for reliable and enthusiastic individual with a passion for quality and service to join their expanding team based in Welham Green as a Machine Operator. Responsibility Setting up and operating machinery as well as other manufacturers. Properly and safely load and unload raw materials. Cutting aluminium extrusions to bespoke lengths. Use gauges and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements. The safe and efficient operation, as well as routine maintenance on a modern, high-capacity bar saw. Requires a basic knowledge of production equipment along with the ability to maximise yield. Strong attention to detail as each employee is responsible for the quality of the product they produce. Commit yourself to be able to multi-task in fast paced, deadline driven Ideally the candidate would be familiar with the use of quality control equipment such as micrometres and other measuring equipment.
