An opportunity has arisen within the Psychology Department at Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust for a Secretary to support the team of Clinical Health Psychologists.

Main duties of the job

Applications are welcome from enthusiastic, motivated clerical staff with previous secretarial experience with typing and administrative skills. Computer skills are essential. The post holder must have good inter-personal and organisational skills, be able to manage and prioritise a heavy workload and be able to work under pressure, both on their own and as part of a team.

Essential criteria

  • OCR/RSA Text Processing Level 2 or equiv
  • Desirable criteria

  • Business & Administration NVQ Level 3
  • Knowledge, skills, experience

  • Minimum 12 months office experience
