About the role

Targeted family support to families at level 3 of the threshold.
Help children and young people to achieve better outcomes, to prevent family breakdown and the need for children to be taken into care.
Direct work with children, young people and families
Keep accurate and up to date records on EHM of all contacts, meetings and interventions with children, young people and families.
Act as lead professional for families allocated within the service.
Work with families and partner agencies

What you will need for this role:

  • You must have the right to work in the UK
  • HCPC registration
  • Relevant Support Work experience
  • Current DBS/DBS Update Service
  • Access to a car and a full UK driving licence
