Exciting Office Manager job available for a talented, proactive Office Manager.

Central London Based

Supporting an office of around 50 people

The Job:

* Project manage the creation and delivery of a new office environment with new IT systems.

* Controlling correspondence; designing and managing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions:

* Working with external HR partner to define and then implement procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.

* Building office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement; maintaining the condition of the office and arrange for necessary repairs; arranging regular testing for electrical equipment and safety devices.

* Organising team diaries / managing team cover and holiday requests and ensuring adequate staff levels

* General office administration

* Liaising with contractors and other third party companies

Person Specification

  • Hands on and driven person
  • At least 3 years experience in an Office Manager or similar position
  • Proactive and can work autonomously
  • Experience in contract management, order supplies, reception management, event management
  • A self starter
  • Happy to work 4 days a week in office with option to do 1 day from home
