Finishing Manager – Cambridge – Immediate Start
An experienced Finishing Manager is required for fit out and finishing packages (1st fix onwards) on a new build residential block in Cambridge. The project is valued at approximately £80m and has been on site for almost 12 months with the PC date due for Summer 2023. In total the project consists of 250+ mixed tenure units. Ideally the Finishing Manager will have also some previous experience of working on residential projects and will come from a carpentry, drylining or painting & decorating background.

Reporting to a site based Project Manager they will be required to ensure smooth construction process including managing of all site labour and sub-contractors, management of construction programme, minimising/eliminating potential programme delays. The Finishing Manager will also liaise with the client, subcontractors, associated consultants and be able to chair regular progress meetings.
Qualifications:
Relevant qualification and tickets – CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid.
