Robert Half have partnered with a global and boutique infrastructure private equity firm based in Soho.

We are looking for a proactive Team Assistant with a can do attitude to assist a team of 30, including directors. This is a fast paced role where the successful candidate can identity areas within the role that require attention & be able to prioritise their own workload.

THE ROLE:

  • Assisting the team with scheduling meetings, booking flights and accommodation through travel agents and processing expense claims & invoices using SAP Concur.
  • Binding documents, reports and presentations.
  • Ad hoc administration support.
  • Supporting the Office Assistant with all front of house duties such as managing switchboard, meeting & greeting guests, replenishing office supplies, ordering business cards, etc.
  • THE PERSON:

  • Proactive, organised and loves to take initiative.
  • Strong problem solving and time management skills.
  • Confident with Microsoft 365 and learning new systems.
  • 1-3 years in a similar role or as Corporate Receptionist/Office Administration/Personal Assistant with high level responsibility & complex tasks.
  • Degree qualified or equivalent.
