This is an innovative data tech company based in south west London (SW1). They work primarily with the financial services market providing high-quality solutions and tools to support investment decisions.

After demonstrating organic growth, they are now looking to hire a talented Accounts Payable Specialist to join the finance team.

Role

The Accounts Payable Specialist for this consultancy business based in south west London (SW1), will take on a number of duties including:

  • Manage 1 junior team member, setting quarterly KPI targets and monitoring performance
  • Ensure that suppliers are paid accurately and on time
  • Build positive relationships with and manage expectations of suppliers
  • Ensure that employee expenses are paid in a timely manner
  • Liaise with the Management Accounts team to ensure that invoices are coded correctly
  • Reconciliation of intercompany accounts
  • Monitor bank accounts and recommending when trade currency conversions are required
  • Assist with internal and external audit

    • Profile

    The Accounts Payable Specialist should have the following profile for this position:

  • 3+ years of experience within a similar position in Accounts Payable (Purchase Ledger)
  • Strong multiple currency experience
  • Ideally a bachelors degree within a numerical/accounting related subjected
  • Excellent communication skills and strong understanding of Excel
  • Aspirations to manage/supervise would be highly beneficial

    £35,000 to £40,000 plus benefits including:
