I am looking for an organised, enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to join an international organisation in Bridgend to join their growing Administration team.

This is a permanent position, making it a particularly exciting opportunity for applicants. The role will be varied and would therefore suit a versatile candidate with an interest in a broad set of duties.

You will need strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.

Although the role comes with certain specific responsibilities, the candidate will have a degree of latitude to shape their own role for the benefit of the business.

Essential Skills and Knowledge:

* Previous experience in providing high-quality administration support

* Researching and Booking flights

* Researching accommodation and travel

* Experience of utilising a range of IT programs and maintaining database systems.

* Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Packages (Excel, Outlook and Word)

* Numerate with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

* Demonstrates organisational skills to manage time effectively, meeting objectives and deadlines

* Excellent customer service

* Data management skills

* Strong and effective communicator, both written and verbal

* Highly self-motivated, proactive, personable and a team player

* Copes well under pressure whilst working to tight deadlines

* Be comfortable working alone and also in a small team.

* Able to demonstrate initiative Key Duties and Responsibilities:

* Answering calls, welcoming visitors, receiving post and deliveries.

* Scanning, photocopying and filing

* Data Processing & Record Keeping

* Assist with the smooth day to day running of the department

* Ad hoc duties The role requires a minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above to include English and Mathematics. A levels or NVQ level 3 or above (in HR, Finance or Administration) are an advantage.

Office Experience would be an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided.
