Summary of Administrator role

Sterling Pharma Solutions currently have an opportunity for a Administrator to join their Production Operations team in Cramlington.

Reporting directly to the Manufacturing Technical Manager you will provide full administrative support to the Operations Manager and support the Manufacturing, Maintenance, Process and Projects Engineering functions.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting documentation preparation with Process Managers.
  • Preparing process record sheets for Process Manager approval.
  • Preparing generic style process record sheets for standalone equipment.
  • Producing SAP recipe files for new and existing products.
  • Facilitating approval for Process Performance Group (PPG) documentation.
  • Providing production instructions from approved process record sheet documents (e.g. approved temporary instructions).
  • Collecting and inputting process data to established files.
  • Providing customer updates via Process Managers.
  • Controlling approved standard operating procedures for Process Performance Group (PPG) department.
  • Managing displays for Process Performance Group (PPG) and product information.
  • Aiding completion of campaign reports for customers.
  • Aiding close out of documentation, such as Change Controls.
  • Typing reports and standard operating procedures.
  • Managing email, calendars and arrangement of meetings.
  • Conducting office/plant audits in the Production Department.
  • Processing purchase requisitions, reviewing and approving invoices.
  • Organising and maintaining the filing systems including paper files and electronic system.

Requirements for the role

  • Must have an excellent knowledge of MS Office packages.
  • Previous SAP would be highly advantageous.
  • Previous administrative experience is essential.
  • Working knowledge of GMP would be highly advantageous.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Ability to work unsupervised.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
