How would you like to work for one of the UK’s largest property owners? An organisation that can boast of a multi-billion pound asset portfolio, covering thousands of properties across the country. They are currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager for Minor Works across Cornwall.

Main Duties:

  • Proven experience in managing minor works from start to finish including specifications and scheduling plans
  • Obtaining cost-sensitive quotation of works, and choosing appropriate third party suppliers, keeping in regular contact with all relevant parties
  • Knowledge of costing works from Plumbing, Carpentry, Painting, Plastering, Flooring
  • Understanding of building life cycles for new to old, listed buildings

    • Experience:

  • Prior experience within the facilities/property sector
  • Comfortable obtaining quotes and selecting suppliers
  • Experienced working in an organisation with a range of property types
  • Full driving license and comfortable covering a wide geographical area
