Head of Compliance

As a Head of Compliance you will be responsible for leading the compliance and quality assurance activities for the organisation. You will be an inspirational leader where you will strive to ensure the quality of the residential childcare is provided to all children and young people under the care of the organisation. You will work closely with managers and senior management to provide guidance and support to ensure quality of standards.

About the company:

Our client is a leader in providing care and support to Children and Young People and was founded in 2003. Our client has had incredible growth where they now have in excess of 45 Residential Homes throughout the UK where they provide care and support for Children and Young people.

Location overview:

This role will be home based therefore our client will consider applicants from anywhere in the UK.

Who are we looking for?:

We are looking for someone who is an experienced Head of Compliance or alternatively an experienced Registered Manager with over 5 years of relevant experience of managing Children’s Care Homes. The successful candidate must have a diverse range of skills and be able to prioritise own workload. You also must have robust and up to date knowledge around children’s social care and safeguarding legislation.

Our client is offering a fantastic salary of £47,000 to £53,000 depending on experience plus a £4k Car Allowance.
