Randstad are currently looking for residential support workers to join an outstanding young peoples service within Manchester. This is a permanent opportunity offering a competitive salary.

The role is 169 hours per month averaging 42 hours per week depending on rota.

The main aim of this role is to contribute to the development of the children and young people in your care, help with all duties in connection with the safe day to day running of the home and understanding the young people in your care so you can help them the best way possible and to complete other relevant duties set out by your line manager.
