Role Overview
We have an excellent opportunity for a Solutions Engineer to join our Consulting & Technology Department within Pinsent Masons Vario in a brand new role.
Pinsent Masons Vario provides a range of professional services to our clients. These include flexible legal provision, legal project management, managed legal services, and legal technology consultancy.

Our services involve working with our lawyers, product teams and other service delivery teams in the support of prospective and live client projects. These including helping our clients assess and implement technologies in support of their own legal practices and implementing technology solutions that support our legal services to our clients.
The Solutions Engineer will work with our consultants, Lean Six Sigma specialist and solutions architecture team to configure and implement specific client and internal process solutions on our core technologies. Key technologies include ContractPodAI, HighQ Collaborate, Josef, and Microsoft .
Your primary responsibility is hands-on technical configuration, and you will be expected to become conversant in these and future technologies. While guidance and support will be provided you will take a lead in exploring and understanding the capabilities of each platform.
Much of your work will focus on our managed legal services and implementing client solutions for request intake, request management, document automation, and workflow management.
Candidate Overview
The successful candidate will likely have some experience in a similar role. You do not need specific experience in the technologies outlined above but will have demonstrable skills in similar technologies. For example, you may have experience with document automation tools, workflow or RPA, MS Office macros and VBA, HTML etc.
